First off I have to apologize for being MIA.  It's been crazy getting my mom's blog up & running!  I'm planning on going back to daily posts starting Mon July 2nd.  I have a ton going on until then.  
However I just had to update that I'm feeling great & eating vegan to aide in some stomach problems that I've had as I believe that this is the reason that I've had a hard time losing weight. 
So I'm happy to report that I lost 4.5 lbs between Mon & Thurs.  it's a great start and definitely enough to keep me on track throughout my journey.  
Plus my tummy is thanking me!!
