Food Journal 4/13/2012

Breakfast
Shake--2 scoops Body by Vi, 1 Tbs dark cocoa powder, 2 scoops PB2, ice & 8 oz almond milk

Snack
24 pistachios

Lunch
Turkey wrap, salad, & green beans

Snack
A few m&ms (bad! I know)
A spoonful of Nutella

Dinner
Stuffed shells

Goal for tomorrow--2 shakes per day!!! All healthy...keep thinking 224!!!
